The order process includes the following steps:

6. Selection of the payment method.

Before bindingly submitting the order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer's information is recorded and correct any input errors by using the "Back" button contained in the internet browser used by the consumer, or the consumer can cancel the ordering process by closing the internet browser. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by sending an automatically generated email ("order confirmation"). With this, we accept your offer.

2.5 Storage of the contract text for orders placed through our online shop: We will send you the order details and our GTC by email. You can also view the GTC at any time at www.bonvoyagelouis.com. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the internet.

(3) Timing of invoice creation

3.1 The consumer will receive the invoice together with the ordered goods. The invoice will be enclosed in paper form when the goods are shipped.

3.2 You also agree to receive invoices and credit notes in electronic form.

3.3 The invoice date corresponds to the shipping date.

(4) Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

4.1 The purchase price of the products corresponds to the price stated on our website at any time unless it is an obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that all prices stated on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we determine an incorrect price listing for a product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled, and you will receive a full refund of any amounts already paid.

4.2 We are not obliged to sell you any product at an incorrectly lower price (even if we have already sent you a shipping confirmation) if the price error is obvious and unmistakable, and if the incorrectness of the price was reasonably recognizable to you.

4.3 The prices include 19% value-added tax (VAT). Any shipping costs will be added. The total price, including the purchase price of the products, shipping costs, and VAT, will be displayed before you finally place your order.

4.4 PAYMENT

4.4.1 In principle, we offer the payment methods of prepayment, credit card, and PayPal. We reserve the right to not offer certain payment methods for each order and refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). You are responsible for any costs of a money transaction.

4.4.2 In the case of payment by credit card, your credit card account will be charged. Credit cards are subject to validity checks and approval queries by the respective credit card institution. If the payment is not approved by the credit card institution, we are not liable for delays or non-deliveries and may not enter into a contract with you. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, the data of your credit card will be encrypted. Once we have received your order, we or the service provider commissioned by us will request preliminary authorization of the payment from the credit institution to ensure the availability of the funds required to complete the transaction.

4.4.3 The consumer has the option of payment by Klarna invoice or Klarna installment payment.

(5) Delivery

5.1 Unless otherwise clearly indicated in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment.

5.2 If the consumer has chosen payment in advance, we will not ship the goods until payment has been received.

(6) Retention of title We reserve the right to retain ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

(7) Contract language The contract language is exclusively German.

(8) Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the seller's cancellation policy.

(10) WARRANTY

10.1 The products we sell, especially handcrafted refurbished products, often have the characteristics of the natural materials used in their production. These characteristics, such as variations in fibers, texture, knots, and colors, are not considered defects or damages. However, natural characteristics are unavoidable and should be accepted as part of the individual nature of the item.

10.2 Since the order of bonvoyagelouis items involves used goods, usual signs of wear that can be expected due to the used nature of the goods do not constitute a defect. Therefore, no warranty rights exist for such usual signs of wear or characteristics of the goods that were already apparent from the item description.
