Shipping policy

(1) Delivery

All product orders are subject to availability. Unless extraordinary circumstances arise, we strive to deliver the products listed in the shipping confirmation within the specified delivery time after the shipping confirmation.

If unforeseen delays occur, we will inform you immediately and offer you the option to either agree on a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund. Delivery does not take place on Sundays and public holidays.

For the purposes of these conditions, "delivery" is deemed to have taken place as soon as you or an authorized person receive the goods at the specified delivery address. This is documented by a receipt confirmation.

(2) Undeliverable Shipments

If your order cannot be delivered after several delivery attempts and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. If you do not wish a redelivery, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the non-delivery was our fault.

(3) Risk and Ownership Transfer of Products

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products transfers to you only after full payment has been received.

(4) Shipping Costs & Delivery Areas

  • Germany & EU: Free shipping with no minimum order value.

  • Switzerland: Shipping costs of 29.99 CHF per order. All customs duties and import fees are included in the price. Shipping is carried out under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so there are no additional costs for the recipient.

(5) Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Legal Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in Germany and the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of goods. Details can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.

Contractual Return Policy

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you the option to return items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in unused condition and equipped with original tags and seals.

After receiving and inspecting the return, the refund of the purchase price will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Return Costs:

  • The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
